Can we return goods?
Absolutely. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. All goods must be in as new condition. No tags are to be removed or we will be unable to accept the return. You have the choice of:
* Exchange for other size/colour or item with the same purchase value. There may be additional postage charges for International customers. Australian residents will not be charged extra shipping costs to receive replacement items.
* Store credit for future purchase. You will be credited the dollar value of the goods.
* Refund - Please be aware that we cannot refund the cost of the postage as this is controlled by outside sources.
Can we get the measurements of the clothing?
All the measurements are in the large description pages, which are selected by clicking on a product. If you require specific measurements not listed, please contact us.
How long will my order take?
All orders are shipped from our Sydney office. If you live in Australia you should be receiving your package within 2-3 working days from the time the order was placed. For NZ and other international addresses please allow 7-10 working days.
How much is postage?
Postage is based on weight but as a general guideline; Domestic packages start at $7 for a T-Shirt and $9 for a sweatshirt, International $12 for a T-Shirt and $20 for a sweatshirt. Australian customers will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. International customers will receive a confirmation email with your consignment number for a registered and insured package.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Cheque, Money Order and Bank transfer.
What happens with my credit card details?
We do not keep your details on file. All our credit card orders are processed through Paymate, who use several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of your personal information. See below:
*All your transactions with Paymate are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
* Paymate transfers financial data securely into the Australian Payments Clearing System via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of the direct debit and credit payments.
* Paymate employs qualified, independent auditors to review its security standards and practices on a regular basis to ensure that their software, operational practices and management controls meet the stringent standards of the Australian financial industry.
