Quite possibly the greatest muse the world has ever seen, our very own Fresh Prince of Langley, Mr Neil Leewai aka Uncle Leewai aka Kneel Leewai aka The Big Leeweezy aka Leewizzle aka Leeweeski, gets his long over due mug plastered on a T for the world to admire.

Immortalising the man we all love was a formidable task. How does one transcend the mere boundaries a simple image possesses to capture the greatness and profound wisdom on display every Saturday on Langley? Who would be worthy? Who dare we bestow the honour and privilege of creating the Mona Lisa of the 21st century? A work of art that will be handed down from generation to generation, from grandfathers to fathers and fathers to sons. Young'uns will sit in amazement and gather round the open fire as wise old men tell their tales of how they became the proud owners of their very own Leeweezy T-Shirt..........

Our man Huon Lui from the thirteen itches camp came up with this idea at a shoot organised for our A-Frame that sits on the top of Langley. Shot by the lovely Karina Illovska who also shoots our website product pics, we wanted a T that served the same purpose as a logo T, but was a bit more creative than most logo based designs.

Description:
This is an idea first conceived even before we opened the Langley store two and a half years ago. I guess I’d watched too many spy movies as a kid to know (without getting my google on) Langley, Virginia was home to the CIA Headquarters. That’s why we’ve always billed Langley as our HQ, it’s our mission control for daily operations.

The design itself, we used the CIA crest as a start point. Referencing it for colour selection and text, we kept the Clandestine Ops tag-line (meaning secretive and unbeknown to most) but changed the rest to make it applicable to our HQ. The T-Shirt also serves as coordinates to our store, with 3 different points of reference for where we are and what we do; 2010 post code, Langley and FreshIn HQ. The last piece of the puzzle was to add the military stripes to the front image to give an army divisional unit feel.
