#QA As you know, most of the IOT products (NOT only Freshin products )are on only compatible with 2.4GHz network. 90% of the connection problems are because of this.
Then here comes the question, how to tell if you have 2.4GHz or 5GHz network?πŸ€”
The answer is most of the time you can tell directly from the name.
If not , you can give the two bands different names to SEPERATE them.
Here are the guidelines from Tp-link and Optus.
If you have a different modem, it might be a good idea to check with the supplier.✨
